There are numerous walking options in the surroundings, responding to the needs of all categories of age and physical fitness. Some of the preferred and easy options are walks to Twannberg, the nearest hill, to Magglingen by cable car or simply along the lakeshore.

More sophisticated options include hikes in the Jura mountains, up to Chasseral or the 42km surrounding of the lake.
