We sell in the restaurant our house wine the Twanner “Bärewy” which is cultivated and pressed with much love and care by our friend, vine grower and oenologist Erich Andrey. The main varieties are: Chasselas and Pinot Noir, from which the Oeil de Perdrix is also pressed.
